It's been over ten years since we’ve seen the virtuosic talents of Simon Tedeschi on-stage with the Sydney Symphony, but last night audiences once again had the opportunity to relish in Simon’s agility performing classical repertoire, when he performed Shostakovich Piano Concerto No.1, a work known for its comic undertones, juxtaposed with deep tragedy and vulnerability.
